Customer had us out provide him an estimate for installing his Rheem Hybrid 50 gallon water heater. To complete the install, the customer needs an electrician to install a power supply to a fuse box, as well as power from the fuse box to the water heater. While inspecting the old water heater, we noticed that the water pressure is at 130 psi. It is recommended that the customer has us replace the pressure regulated that is located in the mechanical room.

Customer had us out to diagnose an issue with the guest bath faucet. After diagnosing and discussing the current issues with the faucet, the customer agreed for us to replace the faucet as well as the emergency shutoffs. We replaced the faucet and shutoffs, while supplying all parts including the faucet. 90 day warranty.

Customer had us out to diagnose an issue with a slow shower drain. Prior to our arrival, the customer pulled lots of hair out of the drain and also used a drain cleaner solvent. I ran water in the shower for 20 minutes and it never clogged up. I believe the combination of things he did fixed the slow drain issue. The customer was not charged.

Water main is leaking in front yard from unknown location customer advised to have the main replaced to resolve issue. Fridge itself is leaking water turned off at shutoff

Customer had us out to install a top mount sink, kitchen faucet, dishwasher, and drains for both. The faucet, dishwasher, and sink was supplied by the owner. The sink was sealed with silicone to the countertop, as well as secured by the supplied brackets. A new basket strainer and p-trap were installed as well. After installation of the faucet, I noticed the hot side shutoff had a small drip, I went ahead and replaced it free of charge. It is recommended that in the future, the other 2 shutoffs be replaced. 90 day warranty.

Upon arrival, a leak was present coming from the tub spout. We were able to make the pipe longer to thread the existing tub spout on. After installation, no leaks were present. We also caulked the trim plate and tub spout.

Customer complaint of leaking pipe under kitchen sink. Plumber was able to diagnose leak coming from cut off leading to spigot.

Remove drain blockage from cast iron to pvc connection (incorrect). The main building drain has incorrect pitch. Unless further repairs are made, the issue is likely to happen again.
