Customer had us out to diagnose an issue with his water heater. The heater is a 50 gallon gas, it is also almost 20 years old. I gave him the options of flushing the sediment and raising the temperature on the gas control valve, or a full replacement. After speaking with his wife, they didn’t want to put the money into flushing the heater. He mentioned replacement the heater next month. I also made him aware of our financing options.

Customer complaint of laundry backing up when in use. Plumber assessed issue and found that the rest of the house is functioning as it should and suggested replacement of small section of cast iron pipe. Plumber also offered small sink auger to attempt to clear line. Customer did not move forward at this time.

Upon customers request, after the new counter top was installed, the kitchen faucet and drain needed to be hooked up. The dishwasher had to be pulled out to lower the sanitary tee. New emergency shutoff, as well as a clean out were installed to accommodate the new under mount sink. 90 day guarantee
