I’ve had two excellent experiences with Justin. I have a small business. We just had a pipe burst that forced a shutdown. I called Justin, explained the situation, sent videos and he arrived in less than an hour. He diagnosed the problem, suggested an additional option that would make it less bad in similar situation in the future. He was courteous, responsive and his shoes very white. 😁. They have become my first call for big plumbing issues.

Justin, Justin Jr., Mike, Spencer, Lexx and Clay did a fantastic job with my whole house re-pipe. These guys are professional, fast, courteous and really care about how you feel with the work they are doing for you. They have gone above and beyond to make sure we knew exactly what was going on, and if there was a wall that needed an access panel to get into the bathroom plumbing, they let us know about it first before just cutting. I can say without a doubt, this is the best experience that I have EVER had with using a plumbing company, and I will call them for any issues that may arise in the future, if they ever happen because they did such a damn good job! 😊

Today, Justin Kennedy returned to my home to address some minor issue with the copper piping in my walls. He removed the piece in question and made sure I had no further concerns. Lexx and his partner are top notch. From the phone call for appt to problem solved top notch service! Called for a sink leak and ended up replacing garbage disposal, hooking up dishwasher, fixing leaking ice maker line and replacing sink faucet that leaked. They went to store and got the faucet and disposal when assessed that was what we needed. The price seemed fair and honored the coupons. Highly recommend this company for all plumbing!! Like thousands across Georgia this Christmas 2022, I experienced leaking problems from frozen exterior pipe due to the frigid temperatures. We found an outside water leak but couldn't find the cause. Called Absolute Plumbing and Lexx was there in under 90 minutes. He found the cause and gave us 3 options for fixing the problem. I asked when the work would be carried out thinking we'd have to make another appointment, but Lexx did the job there and then - stayed till 6.45pm in the rain.I don't have a reference point for the cost but to us it was worth it to have peace of mind.Lexx was great to work with. Polite, professional, friendly and did a great job.We will definitely use this company again.

We just had Justin K and his team handle 2 days of plumbing needs with us on our new home. They were FANTASTIC. I will now always and only use this crew. Great humans that did great work with excellent attitudes. We had them scheduled for some routine things (shower fixtures, water heater fixes, moving our cut-off valve, etc.) and we discovered a crack in the main water line running into the house. Justin jumped in to get us immediately scheduled for next day to have it serviced and fixed, contacting the county to have the crew come out and determine where power lines were for safe digging himself. Total carefree experience as the client. Cannot recommend highly enough - wish there were 6 stars.

I could not be happier with my experience with Absolute Plumbing. There was a slight mix up on the appt, not their fault, but they IMMEDIATELY dispatched someone and made it right AND offered a discount on services. The plumbers were professional, knowledgeable and all around good guys. Kudos to Lexx and Spencer. AND their quote to repair was 20% less than 2 other plumbing companies who supplied quotes on the job. 20% less ends up being about the $500 in my case and that's a large amount to me. I would definitely use Absolute Plumbing again and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services. Thanks again to the Absolute plumbing team, including the office manager whose name escapes me at the moment.

Customer has us out today because they are wanting to finish out their basement. The customer wants to add a washing machine box. Also a kitchen sink. The customer will be supplying the shower pan, the sewage ejection pump, shower valve. Customer is going to install toilet and vanity.

Customer has us out today because they have Noticed their pipes rattling. There is also a wet spot on the drop ceiling tile in the basement. During my evaluation I discovered a pin hole leak on a piece of 3/4 inch copper after removing the saturated ceiling tile. I found another leak on a 1/2 inch piece of copper. The expansion tank has failed. The prv has failed the water pressure is exceeding 100 psi.

Customer has us out today because his shower drain was backed up. They removed the hair and it is now draining fine but they noticed a smell coming from the drain. Upon arrival I ran the upstairs master shower and it is draining fine and there is no smell.

Customer complaint of sewer clogged twice in two months. Plumber arrived to camera the sewer. Plumber advised customer to flush water heater and offered membership. Customer decided to go with it. Plumber flushed water heater and camera sewer. Plumber found broken sewer main in slab. Plumber quoted to make repair. Repair includes fix sewer main, removal of concrete and to replace concrete.
