Justin quickly assessed the issue , turned out as simple as shutting off a valve, and didn’t even charge for the service since “no work was performed “. I disagree, work was performed, problem was resolved, and customer was left extremely satisfied!

Customer had us out to unclog his kitchen drain line. While inspecting the line in the basement, I noticed the 3” pvc drain line is level for majority of the run. I recommended replacing the line completely. Original quote was for $415, the customer received our $75 drain cleaning discount. The drain was cleaned out with the k-60 sewer machine. We accessed the drain through the female adapter that houses the studor vent. After running about 30 feet of cable down the drain, the drain issue appeared to be resolved. While inspecting the drain in the crawl space, I noticed the concrete was wet. After removing some insulation, I noticed a drip coming from the copper leading to the bathroom above. The drip has been occurring for a while now, causing a major mold spot in the sub floor. Considering the condition and age (roughly 60+ years) of the copper, the home would need a Repipe to fix the issue. I made the customer aware of this issue and I also sent out an estimate to replace the copper

Customer had us out to repair the shutoff for his powder room toilet. The shutoff was replaced and a ice maker box was installed behind the fridge. The downstairs toilet received a new fill valve and flapper. I mentioned to the customer that we cannot warranty it due to the age of the toilet.
