Upon arrival, the customer made me aware of an issue where the water was not coming out of the shower head. After further diagnosis, it was determined that the valve was clogged with debris and needed to be replaced. After removing the old shower valve, we installed a new Delta multi-choice shower diverter, as well as a new trim kit and shower head. It is recommended that the customer installs a filtration system for the home. 90 day warranty

Upon arrival, the customer mentioned a power outage happened very recently. After the power outage, they noticed the water wasn’t as hot as before. I tested the continuity of both elements on the water heater, they both had the correct ohms. I then flushed the water heater out and recommended that she replaces it in the near future

After replacing the flush valve, which I believed to be the issue. The toilet was still not flushing well. I then pulled the toilet only to find a pair of scissors laying across the toilet flange. We reset the toilet with a new wax ring and caulked it as well.
