No words to express my wonderful experience with Justin and Absolute Plumbing. Justin could not have been more professional, knowledgable regarding a very stressful and challenging plumbing situation. He and his team remained very calm while troubleshooting a complicated broken outdoor pipe issue. They had every under control! Thank you so much!!

Customer had us out to check out a leak coming from the ceiling in his upstairs guest bath. As the customer described it, the water was coming from the exhaust vent in the bathroom. When I looked there was no water coming from the vent, but there was a wet spot on the drywall. I went up to the attic to look and try to help the customer determine he issue. I was unable to find exactly what caused the water, but the issue was definitely not plumbing related. Considering that the exhaust vent is directly under the air handler, I believe the unit may have been the issue. Or maybe the roof was leaking

Customer had us out to check out an issue he was having with the toilets not flushing. When I arrived we ran water from every bathroom fixture, and it drained great. I put the camera in the sewer and found a belly in the pipe, as well as roots at the tap. I was unable to locate where the sewer ran, so I plan to call him in the morning so I can go back with the locater.

Upon arrival, the customer toilet was leaking and rocking. After pulling up the toilet, is was clear that a new wax ring needed as well as the flange was too high. I recommend replacement, but the customer opted for resetting the toilet. A new wax ring was installed as well as new t-bolts and China caps. No warranty
