Great Service
Hunter - Canton, GA 30114
Both guys were incredibly progressional, respectful, honest and efficient. Provided multiple pictures to show the problem, solution and the end result. Not the “bargain” price, but there’s value in knowing it’s done correctly the first time.

We returned to excavate the area of concern to make a repair on the existing water line. Multiple, very large roots had to be cut out of the way to get to the water service. After making the repair, there were no signs of a leak. The dial on the county water meter was not spinning either. It is noted that the water pressure in the home seemed high. 90 day warranty.

The customer had us out to give them a repipe estimate. The house was built in 2017 and they have had several leaks since closing on the home. They currently have pex A that is crimped. They are in litigation trying to sue the builder of the home. Once that is sorted out, they plan to have us out to replace the pipe.

Customer had us out to diagnose a leak in her water service. Prior to my arrival, the local water department had already shut the main off and told her she had a leak somewhere in the line. After arriving and seeing the water meter, it is located right next to a tree (see photos). I turned the water on and tried to find an area that was leaking, after a few minutes I noticed the meter box filling up slowing. The leak is definitely under the tree. The customer plans to call us back after discussing the options with the people she lives with.

Customer had us out to inspect a wet spot in the powder room, on drywall close to the baseboard. After further inspection, it was evident that the water pipe coming out of the concrete had been hit with a trim nail. The pipe was replaced from the floor to the shutoff under the pedestal sink. Customer is responsible for repair of the baseboard and drywall.

Customer had us out to check out a leak coming from the shower. We narrowed the issue down to an old shower valve. After doing an inspection, I noticed the water pressure was 110 psi. Considering the known issues, we replaced the shower valve with a Delta valve and trim. The pressure regulator was also replaced and a new emergency shutoff was installed.

Upon arrival, the customer brought to an issue she was having with her garbage disposal. After a short diagnosis, I noticed a piece of metal lodged in the disposal. I was unable to remove the metal causing a replacement of the unit. The garbage disposal was replaced and a full home inspection took place.

Customer called us out to install three bidet sprayers. The hall bath and master bath were installed and worked great. After installing the t-valve in the guest bath, it was slowly dripping. I installed it exactly how the instructions said, and it still leaked. I recommended that the customer sends it back to the manufacturer.

Customer has us out today because they are wanting to move their laundry sink from their washer room to the garage. During my evaluation I discovered that the drain line for the condensate in the garage goes into the slab. To properly drain the laundry sink from its new location the slab would have to be busted up for it to be up to plumbing code.
