Work completed consisted of a complete sewer service line replacement. The yard was excavated to access the broken sewer pipe. After exposing the drain line, we found 2 areas that were broken. Multiple photos are attached to the invoice email. After replacement of the drain service line, we covered with the existing dirt, and spread hay over the dirt. 10 year warranty

Customer had us out to diagnose an issue with wet carpet on his master closet. He mentioned replacing some parts on his toilet prior to our arrival. He replaced the tank gasket because every time he flushed it would leak water onto the floor. After doing a detailed inspection, I was unable to find any sort of leak. I entered the crawl space and pulled the insulation back underneath the area of concern. The subfloor seemed damp, but I believe it’s from the issue with he tank gasket. The water pressure tested at 60 psi, the water heater was 20 years old and doesn’t seem to have ever been flushed. I recommended that the customer needed to replace the water heater sooner than later. With the heater being electric, and 20 years old, I did not want to risk flushing it and there being an issue after turning it back on. The water that came out was very dirty.
