I didn't use this company
Gerald - Atlanta, GA 30318
This Guy came by and gave me a estimate to clean out 4 to 5 feet of kitchen drain sink, I explain to him where the clog was at,he wanted over 850.00 dollars,to water force it out and over 550.00 dollars to snake it out, what he didn't know that I'm a plumber with over 30 years of experience, the reason I couldn't do the work is that I just had spine surgery, don't use this company this company they will take advantage of you, RUN!!

Kitchen sink drain has been down for 3+ years. Plumber will need to run sewer equipment to attempt to unclog. Customer given option for jetter and for sewer cable. He will relay pricing to the homeowner and get approval
Customer had us out to service his whole house water filtration system. Considering the age, internal condition, and functionality of the existing filter is unknown, I mentioned to the customer the parts he has may or may not work with the tank he has. I put together a quote for installing a halo 5 and went over the specifications with the customer.
Customer complaint of slow flushing toilet. Plumber offered replacement. During replacement plumber found tile card partially clogging toilet. No further actions needed
Customer complaint of leak in ceiling leading to bathroom. Plumber installed two isolation valves on hot and cold line that lead to restroom.
Customer complaint of no hot water. Also wanted estimate of tankless water heater. Upon arrival plumber found water heater leaking from elements. Heater is also hooked into HVAC unit so customer will need to contact hvac tech to unhook line sets for replacement.
Customer had us to give him an estimate on replacing his water service. He had multiple estimates and plans to call us back before lunch time.
Customer had us out to acquire an estimate from us to install gas lines to the indoor HVAC as well as a clothes dryer.
Customer has a rain water collection drain in his backyard that built by the city and has become clogged up causing the customers yard to flood whenever it rains, gave quote to run the hydro jetter through the drain to clear the issue, customer will call to schedule when ready
Customer had slow flushing toilet in master bedroom toilet auger was run to correct issue. Scald guard in master shower adjusted to provide hotter water for tenant. Kitchen sink sprayer broken. Plumber recommended replacement of kitchen faucet. Kitchen faucet was replaced and after install plumber found that the existing garbage disposal had broken causing a leak in the cabinet. Disposal was replaced no further leaks at this time
After diagnosing an issue with the basket strainer and garbage disposal, the customer requested that I replace both. The kitchen drain was reworked and a new badger 1/3 garbage disposal was installed
Customer has us out today because after taking a shower last night they noticed water coming out of their light fixture in the stair well. Customer is having an electrician come out to remove the light fixture that is directly below the shower drain so I can determine the issue. The electrician removed the light fixture in the stair well. After turning the shower on I was able to see that the leak is coming from the shower drain. Removed existing shower drain and Ptrap. Installed new shower drain and Ptrap. After removing old drain I discovered that there is a lot of stress cracks in the fiberglass. Informed customer that I will send them an estimate to replace the shower.
