Lexx came out to clear a toilet that one of our kids clogged. Scheduling was easy, they showed up fast, and they were not only very professional but extremely transparent and explained how the plumbing really worked. The clog had cleared by the time they arrived and they didn’t charge a service call which was a surprise and greatly appreciated. Amazing customer service and definitely will be making them our go to plumbing company!

I want to leave a one star review but I won’t…We scheduled an appointment for 11 am with this company. At 11:30 no one had arrived, we had to reschedule for 2 pm as we had a conflicting appointment seeing as they did not arrive when originally scheduled, and I provided grace for not making it at 11. Upon arrival at 2 pm they did quickly discover the problem and the $350 charge to fix. I called my husband and he was taken back by the cost and after having an already difficult day, allowed the frustration of the moment to show to me over the phone. He was rude, my husband was… expressing his frustration TO ME. The comment on pricing was directed at me, but I did have the phone on speaker. He was mad about the price, felt it was unfair pricing and he let the frustration be very well known to me, his wife; but directed me to make the call on the work and told me to give the green light if I wanted to. I will not say it was his finest speaking moment, but I am sure we can all admit in a moment of frustration we might speak freely when we assume we are talking with our spouse in a safe space, not knowing we are still on speaker.However, when I hung up, before I could ask him to do the work or not, Justin quickly said he was too concerned he would receive a bad review and reviews are too important to him so he refused to do work for us before I could even speak. I respect his ability to decide which potential clients he would like to value. That is why someone runs their own business, to determine how and who they would like to serve.However, we offered grace when he was running late regardless of the fact it shifted the entire day, and I was kind to him throughout the entire in person exchange, yet he could not offer grace to what was meant to be a conversation of frustration from a husband directed at a wife. Sometimes clients can be rude, I am a business owner myself. I can even respect having a hard conversation about really trying to determine if a particular business transaction is worth it or not… I honestly could have respected him being willing to allow me a moment to explain that although my husband can be shocked and react in a non diplomatic manner (talking to me on the phone, he did not say rude things directly to him, the phone just happened to be on speaker still) my husband still prides work well done, in a timely manner and with care. However, Justin missed his first appointment time with us for the day, had me reschedule my day. Showed up later in the day, and because he did not like the tone and concerns my husband had over the phone to me, refused to do the work out of concern for the fact my husband might write a bad review? I was trying to explain that I am actually the one who would take the time to write out a review. My husband has never written a review a day in his life, good or bad, but I did not even get a chance because he determined we would not be worth his time. I assume much like he determined he didn’t need to arrive on time for the original scheduled appointment time either.All in all, if you are a super nice, do not care if someone arrives at the original time they quote or not; or never question what price someone gives you or have zero desire to ever provide frustration to your spouse over said pricing at any time where he might can hear then I am sure he does fine work. I would not know for sure however because although I was kind to him in person, I guess I am a woman so my opinion, actions or my ability to separate emotion from business would be of little value to him anyway. He was too worried about the two minute exchange my husband had on the phone with me that he overheard.All in all, everything happens for a reason. A second plumber was called immediately and confirmed the price for the same work was $200 and is in route now. I guess everything does happen for a reason.So here I am, the kind woman, writing a review about my experience because I believe it’s worth being shared.

I’ve had two excellent experiences with Justin. I have a small business. We just had a pipe burst that forced a shutdown. I called Justin, explained the situation, sent videos and he arrived in less than an hour. He diagnosed the problem, suggested an additional option that would make it less bad in similar situation in the future. He was courteous, responsive and his shoes very white. 😁. They have become my first call for big plumbing issues.

Justin, Justin Jr., Mike, Spencer, Lexx and Clay did a fantastic job with my whole house re-pipe. These guys are professional, fast, courteous and really care about how you feel with the work they are doing for you. They have gone above and beyond to make sure we knew exactly what was going on, and if there was a wall that needed an access panel to get into the bathroom plumbing, they let us know about it first before just cutting. I can say without a doubt, this is the best experience that I have EVER had with using a plumbing company, and I will call them for any issues that may arise in the future, if they ever happen because they did such a damn good job! 😊

Today, Justin Kennedy returned to my home to address some minor issue with the copper piping in my walls. He removed the piece in question and made sure I had no further concerns. Lexx and his partner are top notch. From the phone call for appt to problem solved top notch service! Called for a sink leak and ended up replacing garbage disposal, hooking up dishwasher, fixing leaking ice maker line and replacing sink faucet that leaked. They went to store and got the faucet and disposal when assessed that was what we needed. The price seemed fair and honored the coupons. Highly recommend this company for all plumbing!! And they came same day😊

Just had Lex and Clay of Absolute Plumbing replace the whole house pressure regulator. Called Absolute at 1:30 a.m. and talked with a very nice and calm rep who answered my concerns so that I could stop the immediate problem. Booked my appointment right then, and Lex and Clay arrived by 9:00 a.m. They were nice, polite, clean, efficient and explained clearly just what they were doing. What more could you want?! I will absolutely use Absolute Plumbing in the future.

I cannot say enough great things about the service provided by Mike C.! Like thousands across Georgia this Christmas 2022, I experienced leaking problems from frozen exterior pipe due to the frigid temperatures. ON CHRISTMAS EVE I attempted to contact several plumbers for assistance. Within just a few hours Mike C. arrived at my home with extremely helpful advice and assistance, enabling me to have my internal water problems corrected. I've called AP 3 times in the year that I've been living in Woodstock, and each time has been a pleasure. We found an outside water leak but couldn't find the cause. Called Absolute Plumbing and Lexx was there in under 90 minutes. He found the cause and gave us 3 options for fixing the problem. I asked when the work would be carried out thinking we'd have to make another appointment, but Lexx did the job there and then - stayed till 6.45pm in the rain.I don't have a reference point for the cost but to us it was worth it to have peace of mind.Lexx was great to work with. Polite, professional, friendly and did a great job.We will definitely use this company again.

We just had Justin K and his team handle 2 days of plumbing needs with us on our new home. They were FANTASTIC. I will now always and only use this crew. Great humans that did great work with excellent attitudes. We had them scheduled for some routine things (shower fixtures, water heater fixes, moving our cut-off valve, etc.) and we discovered a crack in the main water line running into the house. Justin jumped in to get us immediately scheduled for next day to have it serviced and fixed, contacting the county to have the crew come out and determine where power lines were for safe digging himself. Total carefree experience as the client. Cannot recommend highly enough - wish there were 6 stars.

We recently had the main water line to the house burst. Absolute Plumbing had a crew out in a little over an hour. Super responsive and Jaymes Miller, the tech dispatched, was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained options and several scenarios before digging. We were lucky and it was a quick fix. Overall I was very pleased with their service and price. When I need plumbing help in the future I know who I’ll be calling.
